The Winter Wine Series is a five-month celebration of the Western Cape’s most exceptional wines, paired with curated lifestyle and cultural experiences that go far beyond the ordinary. Hosted once a month at Time Out Market Cape Town, each event explores a unique theme that pairs beautifully with wine whether it’s art, jazz, street culture, or culinary indulgence.
This year’s line-up includes:
Sneakers & Wine – A playful twist on urban cool, featuring crisp whites and street-inspired beats
Sip & Paint – Where funky wines meet artistic flair in a vibrant, interactive painting experience
Jazz & Wine – An intimate evening of soulful live jazz and bold vintage reds
Women in Wine – A powerful tribute to South Africa’s leading female winemakers
Cheese & Wine – A decadent pairing of artisanal cheeses with elegant MCCs, bubbly and delicate rosés
Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or just beginning to discover your palate, the Winter Wine Series is crafted to surprise, educate, and delight across the season. Each experience is designed to elevate your senses while deepening your appreciation for local wine.
Diving deeper into our vision, we’re curating moments that transcend the expected. Every event features a thoughtfully crafted itinerary aligned with lifestyle elements that pair beautifully with wine—complementing the unique layout and ambiance of our Time Studio stage and space. Expect captivating tastings, immersive activations, and conversations with wine influencer Mzu Ntantiso, along with appearances from some of the Western Cape’s most celebrated wine experts and makers.

Tickets include a branded glass and unlimited wine tastings.

For guests that require wheelchair access, the nearest drop-off zone is on Dock Road, next to the Market.

· By entering the premises, all guests agree that they may be filmed/photographed as part of promotional content for Time Out Market Cape Town and Time Out Market Global.
· Time Out Market Cape Town will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions or any delays getting to and from the venue due to traffic congestion or other.
· Attendees are responsible for their personal property at all times & should not leave their belongings unattended.
